Your clients are owed tariff refunds.
Help them claim.
Tariff Spot prepares IEEPA refund paperwork for importers who can’t use CBP’s CAPE portal — especially overseas clients and importers without an active ACE account. You refer, we handle the filing end-to-end. Flat fee per entry, no percentage of the refund, no conflict with your existing services.
Built for the brokers and forwarders with the most to offer clients
If you work with importers — especially overseas clients or those without active CBP ACE access — Tariff Spot makes you more valuable to them immediately.
Customs brokers
You filed the original entries. You know exactly which clients paid IEEPA tariffs. Tariff Spot turns that knowledge into a value-add service without adding to your workload — we prepare the Form 19, file it in quadruplicate, and you stay the primary relationship holder.
Freight forwarders
You manage relationships with importers — often international ones. Tariff Spot is the paper-protest path for overseas clients locked out of CBP’s CAPE portal, and the fastest way for you to offer a concrete refund service to every IEEPA-affected client.
Trade consultants
Your clients come to you with trade questions. IEEPA refund eligibility is the biggest question of 2026. Tariff Spot gives you a concrete answer to offer — and a flat-fee service that doesn’t take a percentage of their money.
Flat fee — not a success fee
Most tariff refund services charge 10–20% of the refund. On a $500,000 refund, that’s $50,000–$100,000 of your client’s money going to a service provider instead of back to them.
Tariff Spot charges a flat fee per entry. Your client gets the full refund, minus a fixed preparation cost known upfront. That’s a conversation you can have with confidence.
- No percentage taken from the refund — ever
- Fee is fixed before any work begins — no surprises
- For large refunds, clients save significantly vs. success-fee competitors
- Especially valuable for overseas clients locked out of CAPE

We prepare and file
Our team drafts Form 19 with IEEPA legal grounds, files it in quadruplicate at the correct port of entry, and gives the client a USPS tracking number.

CBP reviews the protest and issues the refund. You’ve added real financial value to a client relationship at no cost to you.
Partner FAQs
No. We prepare tariff refund paperwork only — we do not file customs entries, arrange freight, or provide compliance advice. Our service is entirely additive to what you offer. You remain the primary relationship holder for the client.
Yes — this is our primary differentiator. The paper-protest process is specifically designed for importers who cannot use CBP’s CAPE portal. If your overseas client was the Importer of Record on US entries, they can claim regardless of where they’re based.
The client pays a flat fee per entry — confirmed before any work begins ($14.99 per mailer entry, $99 per LCL entry, $199 per FCL entry). Partner arrangements vary — email us and we’ll discuss a structure that works for your business. We’re happy to set up referral arrangements that make sense for both parties.
In general, any client who was the Importer of Record on US entries between Feb 4, 2025 and Feb 24, 2026 and paid IEEPA tariffs (Chapter 99 HTS codes on their CF 7501) may qualify. Our free eligibility check confirms this per client — just make the introduction and we’ll take it from there.
No. We are a document preparation and filing service. We generate the client’s Form 19 and file it in quadruplicate at the port of entry. The importer remains the filer of record. We don’t provide legal advice. For complex disputes, we may recommend the client also consult a licensed trade attorney.
